ADM’s New Partnership with Convoy of Hope to Provide Emergency Relief for Communities in Need

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ADM (NYSE: ADM), a global leader in innovative solutions from nature, today launched the ADM Cares Disaster Response Fund, a new initiative with Convoy of Hope to deliver essential aid in the aftermath of events such as hurricanes and floods. The investment, part of ADM Cares’ mission to advance food security, will support communities in crisis with meal kits, providing survivors with critical nutrition.

In addition to corporate contributions, ADM employees can volunteer and donate directly to the Disaster Response Fund, along with matching gifts from ADM Cares designated to the fund.

The partnership launches as the Atlantic hurricane season reaches its peak, and incidents of extreme weather increase. ADM already has been able to help Convoy of Hope provide assistance on the ground in western Colombia, South America, where an earthquake led to widespread destruction in August, and Enid, Oklahoma, which suffered a violent tornado in April, among other hard-hit communities.
