State of South Carolina and Tyler Technologies Expand Partnership for Digital Government and Payment Services

State adds digital titling services for a secure, efficient, and fully paperless process at the DMV

PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tyler Technologies, Inc (NYSE: TYL) announced that the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV) will implement electronic titling services through the state’s existing Digital Government Services (DGS) contract with Tyler, expanding the state’s use of Tyler solutions as part of a relationship spanning more than 21 years.

Through the DGS contract, SCDMV will implement a fully digital titling solution from Tyler and CHAMP, replacing paper-based processes with a streamlined electronic workflow. The solution will enable vehicle titles to be processed in as little as 24 hours while improving collaboration among SCDMV, dealers and lenders, and increasing accuracy and operational efficiency.
