Frost Radar™ Recognizes XiFin as the Only AI-enabled Ancillary Healthcare RCM Specialist Among Leading North American Providers

Selected from more than 100 RCM companies evaluated, XiFin was distinguished for growth, innovation, and RCM expertise across diagnostic and outpatient care environments.

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--XiFin, Inc., a leader in AI-enabled revenue cycle management (RCM), today announced it has been recognized in the Frost Radar™: Revenue Cycle Management Operations in North America. Frost & Sullivan evaluated more than 100 companies and identified XiFin as one of only 15 providers recognized on its Growth and Innovation indices, and the only company focused exclusively on ancillary healthcare revenue cycle management.

Frost & Sullivan estimates the North American RCM operations market at $28 billion in 2025 and forecasts a 9% compound annual growth rate through 2030, driven primarily by provider cost pressures, rising denials, and ongoing digital transformation initiatives. AI and automation are accelerating the market's shift from labor-intensive services to intelligent, outcome-driven RCM.

According to Frost & Sullivan, XiFin's position reflects its specialized focus on complex outpatient and diagnostic care environments, including laboratory, pathology, imaging, pharmacy, medical device, hospital outpatient, and ambulatory services. The report also highlighted XiFin's AI-enabled revenue cycle technology ecosystem, interoperability capabilities, portals, advanced analytics, and workflow automation.

"Diagnostic and ancillary care organizations face reimbursement challenges and compliance requirements that differ significantly from those of inpatient health systems," said Sandra Greefkes, VP of Product and Partner Marketing at XiFin. "The report provides healthcare leaders with independent validation as they evaluate AI investments, helping them identify proven RCM partners and reduce the uncertainty and experimentation often associated with emerging AI technologies or in-house initiatives."

In its analysis, Frost & Sullivan noted that XiFin embeds AI directly into revenue cycle workflows to help organizations accelerate reimbursement, improve the accuracy of patient financial responsibility estimation, prioritize and route claim exceptions, optimize financial and operational performance, and enhance interoperability across healthcare systems. As AI adoption continues to accelerate across healthcare, 84% of health insurers now use AI in daily operations, underscoring the growing importance of AI-enabled technologies in improving efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making throughout the healthcare ecosystem.1 The report further recognized XiFin's continued investments in automation, AI, interoperability, business intelligence, and reimbursement analytics to support increasingly complex billing environments.

"As healthcare delivery continues to shift toward outpatient and ancillary settings, organizations need revenue cycle solutions designed for specialized reimbursement requirements," said Sagar Mukhekar, Industry Analyst, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Frost & Sullivan. "XiFin's focus on diagnostic and ancillary service lines, combined with ongoing investments in automation, interoperability, and AI, positions the company well for future growth."

The report also cited XiFin's growth momentum, including strong expansion across the laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy markets, as well as customer-reported operational improvements. One healthcare client reported reducing error-resolution time by 40% through XiFin's AI-driven exception processing capabilities.

From Recognition to Action

The Frost & Sullivan recognition follows XiFin's recently released research with Sage Growth Partners, which identified three interconnected dimensions of unrealized revenue cycle opportunity: 1) Revenue Recovery; 2) Operational Efficiency; and 3) Patient Engagement and Access. XiFin also launched XiFin RCM Opportunity Explorer, an interactive application that uses the research findings and segment-specific benchmarks to help provider organizations estimate the potential economic impact of targeted RCM improvements.
