Mediacom Names Elena Kilpatrick Senior Vice President of Coastal Region

MEDIACOM PARK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mediacom Communications today announced the appointment of Elena Kilpatrick as Senior Vice President of the Coastal Region. In this role, Kilpatrick will oversee Mediacom’s operations across the Coastal Region, with a focus on operational excellence, network performance, customer experience and continued growth throughout the company’s footprint.

Kilpatrick joins Mediacom with extensive experience leading technical operations, field organizations and customer-focused transformations across the telecommunications industry. Most recently, she served as Regional Vice President of Technical Operations at Comcast, where she was responsible for end-to-end plant maintenance and field operations across Florida, Alabama, and Georgia. She led a team of approximately 1,200 employees serving 3.5 million customers.

Prior to Comcast, Kilpatrick spent more than 12 years with Frontier Communications, serving in a variety of executive leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Technical Operations, Regional Senior Vice President/General Manager, and National Vice President of Commercial Contact Centers and Operations. Earlier in her career, she held sales and operations leadership positions with Bell Atlantic NYNEX Mobile and Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises.

Throughout her career, Kilpatrick has developed a reputation for scaling operations, leading footprint expansions and transforming the customer experience while building strong, high-performing teams.
