Creative Technology Group Announces Leadership Transition for 2027

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NEP Group, the leading global media services and live events solutions provider for content producers worldwide, has announced leadership changes for its global live events company, Creative Technology Group.

In recognition of Creative Technology’s 40th anniversary and future growth, Creative Technology founder and CEO, Graham Andrews, has decided to step away from day-to-day leadership of the business at the end of 2026. He will transition his responsibilities to industry executive Tom See, who joins Creative Technology Group as President on September 14.

See will assume leadership of the global Creative Technology business on January 1, 2027.

See brings significant experience from the live events industry, most recently serving as Chief Strategy Officer for Live Nation International Venues, a division of Live Nation Entertainment. Previously, he was President of Live Nation Venues, where he led its hospitality division with a scale of operation involving more than 120 venues, 15,000 events reaching more than 25 million fans each year and backed by more than 30,000 employees. From 2015 to 2021, See served as President of Live Nations Amphitheaters overseeing facilities, operations, marketing and more for over 50 ampitheaters.

See said, “I have tremendous respect for Graham and the legacy he’s built at Creative Technology. What he and the team have created is incredibly special—a company with world-class capabilities, deep client relationships and a culture built around delivering at the highest level. I’m grateful for the opportunity to build on that foundation and excited about what we can accomplish together in the next chapter of CT’s growth.”

Also effective January 1, 2027, Andrews will join the NEP Group Board as a non-executive director.

“Graham is an entrepreneur at heart with keen insight into what customers want, so it’s no surprise that Creative Technology is now celebrating an incredible milestone year—an amazing achievement,” said NEP Group CEO Martin Stewart. “I’m grateful for Graham’s leadership and the legacy he leaves. I couldn’t be more pleased that we’ll continue to benefit from his perspective as a Board member next year.”

Andrews stated, “When I founded Creative Technology 40 years ago, I wasn’t sure where it would take me—but I always knew that, if we were successful, it would be important to develop leaders who, at the right moment, could take our company to the next level. This is that moment, for me personally and for CT.”

“I’ve been honoured to serve the organization and our people,” he said. “I’m grateful to our CT employees who have demonstrated their commitment, resilience, and loyalty since the day we started. It’s who we are as a company—and I’m confident they will continue to flourish and develop under Tom’s leadership.”

Creative Technology Group will formally celebrate its 40th anniversary on September 23, 2026. To learn more about Creative Technology’s video, audio, lighting & networking solutions for live sport, entertainment, corporate events and more, visit ct-group.com.
