The acquisition closed August 7, 2026.

(AESINC) is a global provider of reverse osmosis and water purification equipment serving municipal, commercial, and industrial markets. The company specializes in the design and fabrication of seawater desalination and brackish water treatment systems, offering solutions that can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.
