Acquisition adds a AS9100D and ITAR certified machining, fabrication, and assembly operation in New England and strengthens Talon Precision's position in aerospace and defense supply chains.

CONCORD, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Talon Precision, Inc. (“Talon Precision”), a company dedicated to building the nation's premier precision manufacturing business, announced the acquisition of Baron Machine Company, Inc. (“Baron Machine” or the “Company”), a third-generation aerospace and defense manufacturer based in Laconia, NH. The transaction was completed on August 19, 2026.

Since 1957, Baron Machine has built a reputation in New England's aerospace corridor for high-quality precision work that spans far more than a typical machine shop. The Company combines CNC milling, turning, and grinding with in-house welding, and metal fabrication, and assembly — a start-to-finish model that lets customers source a finished component or built-up assembly from a single supplier. Baron Machine primarily serves aerospace and defense end markets, but also has a proven track record of serving medical, commercial, and electronics end markets.
