LT.agency Scales Multi-Location Ad Campaigns Without Adding Headcount; Cuts Ad Refresh Time by 98% with Fluency
Full-Service Marketing Agency Uses Fluency's Agentic Advertising OS to Launch and Update Campaigns Across Hundreds of Local Markets for Retail and Homebuilder Clients
BURLINGTON, Vt.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LT.agency (LT), a full-service marketing agency, announced the results of its first year working with Fluency, the Agentic Advertising Operating System (OS) for search, social and programmatic advertising. Founded more than 60 years ago, LT has built its legacy as an agency creating connected brand, media and digital experiences that drive growth for organizations across casinos and gaming, franchise and retail, healthcare and wellness, automotive dealers and homebuilders. Since July 2025, LT has been working with Fluency’s agentic automation to execute campaigns across search and social, cutting the time it spends updating ads across local markets by 98%. The partnership has let LT grow its client portfolio without adding headcount, while preserving the localized strategies it's known for.
This is not a unique challenge. According to Fluency's 2026 Agency AdOps Benchmark Report, 94% of advertising executives cite difficulty scaling operations as their biggest challenge. The only way to take on more work has traditionally been hiring, but that approach is time consuming, leads to execution delays and often results in longer term challenges like overstaffing, burnout and other impacts. Growing sustainably means finding flexibility that isn’t tied to headcount, which can account for the majority of an agency's cost base.
Before working with Fluency, a single creative refresh, like swapping a photo or updating a link across hundreds of local ads, could take an entire 40-hour work week for LT's multi-location retail and homebuilder clients. That pace made it hard for LT to keep growing its business without adding staff. Landing a large new account on top of existing client work meant scrambling to hire and train staff just to meet timelines.
With Fluency, LT can now automate manual workflows including campaign setup and launch, budget pacing, account monitoring and reporting through the platform's deterministic agents, which carry out the operational work its team used to do by hand. Using Fluency Blueprints, pre-set templates that capture LT's own rules and strategy, LT can have campaigns update automatically as real-world conditions change, instead of waiting for a strategist to catch it.
For a homebuilder client, for example, this means flipping a new community's ads from 'Coming Soon' to 'Now Selling' the moment it's ready, rather than waiting for a fixed date each month when the team has the bandwidth to make the change. That immediacy carries through to the end consumer, as well. A homebuyer searching for their next house sees a 'Now Selling' listing the moment it's real, not a stale 'Coming Soon' ad for a community that's already selling. That accuracy drives better performance for LT's clients and more growth for LT.
"With Fluency, I can promise clients speed, accuracy and transparency. Before, I had to sacrifice something," said Jess Petersen, VP of Digital Media at LT.agency. "Once you build a system that works, you can replicate that excellence across any industry. That's what Fluency does, turning a month of manual labor into an engine that delivers our best work for every client."
LT has focused its partnership with Fluency on four priorities:
- Unlocking new room to grow. LT can now run every local campaign a client wants to promote, limited only by budget, whether that's launching grand opening campaigns for new retail locations or promoting every home a builder wants to sell. The agency can also take on more and larger client accounts overall, without having to hire staff as they grow.
- Redirecting reclaimed time to strategic client work. LT's team no longer works extended hours around the first of the month just to keep pace with routine campaign updates. That time now goes to delivering even more strategic value to clients, including deeper search optimization.
- Building reliability through fewer errors. Fewer manual, repetitive tasks means fewer errors, and it lets LT maintain the high-touch quality that differentiates its work, even as it operates at a much larger scale.
- Reallocating resources to creative. With less time and budget tied up in ad operations execution, LT has redirected resources toward its creative team. The agency has hired three new members in a single quarter. It's also helped LT keep the team it already has. No one on LT's digital media team has left the agency since adopting Fluency.
The company’s operational efficiency gains have also translated directly to client performance. For one multi-location client, LT's move to agentic automation drove a 456% year-over-year increase in form submissions, a 71% reduction in Cost Per Lead (CPL) and a 14% decrease in Cost Per Click (CPC).
"If you are running an organization that you want to scale, you have to think differently about the way you deploy your processes and your tech stack,” said Chase Lane, CEO of LT.agency. “We can now serve more clients at a higher scale, while slowing the rate at which we need to hire and deliver the same or higher quality of work along the way. That is a win, and I can confidently say Fluency has made LT a stronger agency."
In the coming year, LT will expand its automated campaign management through Fluency across more of its retail, homebuilder and other multi-location accounts. The agency also plans to grow its partnership with Fluency by adopting new capabilities as they roll out.
“LT.agency's story is a prime example of what happens when an agency pairs its own expertise with the infrastructure to execute it at scale,” said Heather Chevalley, VP of Growth at Fluency. “The agencies getting the most out of agentic advertising are the ones using the time it frees up to invest in their people and their clients.”
