Today, most patients are identified only during an Annual Wellness Visit (AWV), where cognitive screening competes with dozens of other preventive care requirements. As a result, many patients who may benefit from further evaluation are never identified until symptoms become more advanced.

BrainCheck®, a leader in digital cognitive assessment and care planning technology, today launched BrainCheck Population Analytics, a new solution that analyzes up to 40 factors within structured electronic health record (EHR) data and returns a prioritized patient registry to help health systems focus clinician time where it matters most.

Unlike traditional cognitive care programs that depend almost entirely on opportunistic screening during office visits, BrainCheck Population Analytics provides organizations with a population-wide view of patients whose records may warrant clinician review, allowing proactive outreach and care planning without requiring a major EHR implementation project or disrupting existing IT priorities.
