Key Promotions Demonstrate the Continued Growth and Evolution of the Revive Platform

PACIFIC, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Revive Infrastructure Group (“Revive”), a leading utility infrastructure services provider, today announced the promotion of Andrew Watkins to a newly created role as Chief Operating Officer at Revive. In this role, Mr. Watkins will focus on field operations and related support services to ensure operational excellence and job profitability, as well as company-wide operations integration and continuous improvement.

Mr. Watkins is an accomplished executive who has more than 15 years of experience in the utility construction industry and was a co-founder of Crown Utilities prior to its sale to Revive in December 2021. Since April 2022, Mr. Watkins has served as President of Revive’s Crown Utilities division.

Revive also announced the promotion of Justin Grant to President of its Crown Utilities division, replacing Mr. Watkins. In this role, Mr. Grant will lead overall division strategy and management.

Mr. Grant has more than 25 years of experience in the utility construction industry and was a co-founder of Elite Utilities and Trenching prior to its sale to Revive in January 2022. Since April 2022, Mr. Grant has served as Vice President, Projects of Revive’s Crown Utilities division.
