ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wilson & Company Inc., Engineers & Architects, announces five new shareholders whose expertise and leadership advance client relationships and support the firm's continued growth: Tim Kemp, Stephen Lujan, Jeff Reed, Christie Soulsby, and Angela Valdez.

"Each of these individuals exemplifies what it means to be a steward of Wilson & Company," said Jim Brady, PE, president and CEO of Wilson & Company. “Their dedication to our clients, their communities, and this firm's culture reflects the highest standard of leadership. We are proud to welcome them as shareholders and look forward to the continued impact they will have on our growth and long-term success."

Tim Kemp, PE, Construction Administration Practice Lead, Colorado, has been instrumental in the growth and success of Wilson & Company's Loveland office and Colorado construction administration team. His values are closely aligned with Wilson & Company's purpose, making him a natural fit for ownership and a trusted leader within the firm's Colorado operations.

Stephen Lujan, PE, Civil Engineer, has made a meaningful impact on Wilson & Company's Southwest region. With 15 years of industry experience, he has developed exceptional technical expertise, sound decision-making, and strong relationships with clients and colleagues throughout his career. Beyond his project work, Lujan actively contributes to the broader engineering community through his involvement in professional organizations, including serving on various boards and in officer positions, and consistently brings back insights that benefit the team. His commitment to his profession, his clients, and Wilson & Company positions him well for continued growth as an engineer and leader.

Jeff Reed, Construction Administration Practice Lead, Midwest, embodies Wilson & Company's culture of Higher Relationships in every aspect of his work with peers, staff, clients, and beyond. Reed is also a committed mentor to emerging professionals, investing in the development of the next generation of talent and positioning Wilson & Company for continued success across the Midwest.

Christie Soulsby, PE, CFM, Civil Practice Lead, exemplifies servant leadership in both her technical work and her relationships within the firm. Her deep understanding of civil engineering and floodplain management, combined with her ability to build genuine connections with staff and peers alike, sets her apart as a leader and trusted resource. With 10 years of experience at Wilson & Company, Soulsby's commitment to her colleagues and clients reflects the values at the core of the firm's culture, and her leadership will continue to drive meaningful outcomes across the civil practice.

Angela Valdez, PE, CFM, Civil Practice Lead, Southwest, brings 30 years of civil engineering and floodplain management expertise to her leadership role. Her specialization spans transportation and drainage infrastructure, water resources engineering, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and municipal and public works program delivery. Valdez's technical knowledge, client focus, and collaborative leadership style have made her a driving force in expanding Wilson & Company's presence and impact across the Southwest.

The strength of Wilson & Company has always been its people. These five new shareholders represent the next generation of that strength, leaders who have earned the trust of their clients, invested in their teams, and demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the firm's culture of Higher Relationships. Their ownership is not just recognition of past contributions; it is a commitment to shaping what Wilson & Company will become.
