Tom Grossi ‘30-in-30 Part Deux’ Stadium Tour Exceeds Goal, Surges to $1.5 Million to Benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

Kansas City, Mo., Green Bay, Wis., Seattle, Buffalo, N.Y., Detroit fans take the win as top philanthropic cities

MEMPHIS, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thousands of NFL fans across the country came together as one team last month and helped 2023 NFL Fan of the Year and YouTube content creator Tom Grossi raise $1.5 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® by visiting 30 NFL stadiums in 30 days.

After his first 30 stadiums in 30 days tour in 2023, Grossi promised a second tour once he reached one million subscribers, which he did at the end of January this year. With a now-surpassed goal of $1 million, Grossi kicked off fundraising efforts in June with fan events beginning in Los Angeles and ending in Green Bay, rallying thousands in each city for the much-anticipated ‘30-in-30 Part Deux.’

“The idea behind my 30-in-30 fundraiser was to see how far football fans and communities will go when they show up for something bigger,” said Grossi. “Watching fans rally behind St. Jude kids and challenge each other along the way has been incredible. It’s not just about hitting a number, it’s about what that number represents for helping research and treatment for childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases in the U.S. and around the world.”

Grossi hosted live events in each city, creating daily online content as the tour evolved into a friendly fundraising competition among NFL fan bases, with donations tied to individual teams and tracked on a public leaderboard. Grossi’s stunts included sky jumping off the Strat Hotel in Las Vegas, singing on Broadway in Nashville, and getting his first tattoo. After weeks of spirited competition, Kansas City topped the leaderboard with Green Bay, Seattle, Buffalo, and Detroit in second through fifth, respectively.

“Tom Grossi, through his tireless efforts to rally fans across the nation to raise funds for St. Jude children, is an incredible force for good,” said Ike Anand, President and CEO of ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude. “In every city, people showed up not just because they love football, but because they wanted to do something that matters. Support like this makes a global impact on children facing cancer and other life-threatening diseases. We are truly grateful for Tom, his community, and football fans everywhere.”

‘30-in-30 Part Deux’ marks Grossi’s third fundraiser benefiting St. Jude. Following his original '30-in-30' tour in 2023, Grossi completed an international stadium tour across five countries in 2024. Together, the three campaigns have raised more than $2.2 million to support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude: Finding cures. Saving children®.

Fans can continue supporting Grossi's campaign and the mission of St. Jude by making a donation. Every donation helps ensure families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food, so they can focus on helping their child live.
