The addition of Symbios reflects NAVR’s continued effort to bring together organizations that address the diverse and evolving healthcare needs of Veterans. Through integrated care approaches that support physical, mental, and overall wellness, Symbios works to help Veterans navigate complex health challenges with personalized treatment strategies.

“Veterans deserve access to healthcare that recognizes the full scope of their needs and supports their long-term well-being,” said Peter O’Rourke, President of NAVR. “Organizations like Symbios play an important role in helping Veterans access coordinated, patient-centered care. We are pleased to welcome them to the Medical Network Alliance as we continue building a trusted network of organizations serving the Veteran community.”

Founded by Dr. Dee Dee Ashmore, a United States Marine Corps Veteran, Symbios Integrative Health focuses on personalized healthcare solutions designed to address chronic pain, mental health challenges, and overall wellness through a comprehensive approach to care.

“Joining the NAVR Medical Network Alliance reflects our commitment to delivering ethical, Veteran-centered healthcare and collaborating with organizations that share those values,” said Dr. Ashmore, Founder of Symbios Integrative Health. “We are proud to support NAVR’s mission and help ensure more Veterans have access to the care and support they deserve.”

The NAVR Medical Network Alliance launched earlier this year with founding members Valor Health and Valor Psychology for Veterans and was created to build a trusted, standards-driven network of healthcare organizations serving the Veteran community. The addition of Symbios further strengthens the Alliance’s mission of expanding access to high-quality care and support services for Veterans nationwide.
