ECI Technology Group Inc. Announces Acquisition of QUESTEK Mfg. Corp., Expanding Capabilities and Capacity to Better Serve Customers

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ECI Technology Group Inc. (ECI), a leading provider of electrical and electronic manufacturing and technical services, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Questek Manufacturing Corp. (Questek), a manufacturer with more than 40 years of experience producing wire and harness assemblies, panels and control boxes, and PCBA’s and electronic assemblies. The combination of the two companies strengthens ECI’s technical expertise, increases production capacity, and significantly expands the range of solutions available to customers worldwide.
