A respected cybersecurity executive with more than twenty years of experience leading security transformations across critical infrastructure, media, government, and enterprise environments, Waezzadah joins iCOUNTER at a pivotal moment as the company expands its mission to help organizations move beyond reactive defense and toward proactive threat operations.

Waezzadah most recently served as CISO at Frontier Communications, where he helped lead the company’s successful transformation and eventual acquisition by Verizon. Throughout his career, he has built and scaled security programs at organizations including Frontier, Kroll, CBS, and Paramount, earning a reputation for translating complex cyber risk into operational outcomes that strengthen resilience and enable business growth.
