MetaPhase Appoints Katy Phelps as Chief Financial Officer

RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MetaPhase today announced that Katy Phelps has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing more than a decade of government contracting financial leadership experience to the company’s executive team.

As CFO, Katy oversees MetaPhase’s finance, accounting, and contracts operations, with a focus on financial analysis, strategic planning, pricing, forecasting, and scalable business operations. Her appointment reflects MetaPhase’s continued investment in disciplined growth, operational maturity, and long-term financial strategy as the company expands its support to federal missions.

Katy has been with MetaPhase since 2020, most recently serving as Vice President of Finance and Accounting. During her tenure, she has helped strengthen financial operations, improve business visibility, and support leadership decision making across the organization. Prior to joining MetaPhase, she held finance leadership roles at Chemring Sensors and Electronic Systems, Octo Consulting Group, and BAE Systems, where she began her career in the Financial Leadership Development Program.
