D.A. Davidson Acts as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Mechanical Service & Systems on its Sale to PremiStar, a Portfolio Company of Partners Group

Davidson & Co. announced today that it served as exclusive financial advisor to Mechanical Service & Systems (“MSS” or the “Company”), a regional leader in mechanical services and installation, on its sale to PremiStar, a provider of commercial and industrial HVAC, plumbing and building automation services. PremiStar is a portfolio company of Partners Group, a global private equity firm with over $185 billion in assets under management.

Founded in 1984, MSS has built a reputation for reliability, technical excellence and fast response times to commercial and industrial clients throughout Utah. One of the few full-service mechanical contractors in the state, the Company offers design-build, installation, repair and preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, boilers, controls and fabrication under one roof.
