Through this integration, Newrez homeowners can instantly compare personalized homeowners insurance coverage options and receive quotes 24/7, helping them identify potential savings on premiums.
Launched in Q4 2025, Newrez’s HomeHub gives customers access to their loan information, refinance offers, opportunities to manage home equity, local home listings, and both digital and human support—all in one place. The addition of Matic’s insurance marketplace to HomeHub will enable homeowners to not only seamlessly shop for coverage but evaluate their current insurance risk assessment and policy protection score, providing a holistic snapshot of personalized coverage considerations.

The incorporation of Matic within the HomeHub platform comes as insurance premiums continue to rise nationally—up 64% on average from 2021 to 2025, according to a recent Newrez report—with more than one in five states seeing increases of 75% or more. The typical homeowners insurance premium reached $2,625 at year-end 2025, with homeowners in several states paying close to or more than $4,000 annually, on average.
