ALPHARETTA, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hunt Military Communities (HMC), the nation's largest privatized military housing operator with more than 60,000 homes across 59 military installations serving more than 175,000 residents, today announced it has earned the 2025 SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction Award at the company level for the seventh consecutive year, alongside recognition for dozens of individual communities and neighborhoods across all five military branches.

The SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction Award is among the most recognized benchmarks in the residential housing industry. Award recipients must maintain a Resident Satisfaction Score of 4.25 or higher out of 5.00, as measured through Move-In and Work Order Surveys, reflecting consistent, day-to-day service excellence across an entire portfolio.

“At Hunt Military Communities, we are focused on strengthening military readiness by creating stable, high-quality communities where families can thrive while service members focus on their mission. This award is a reflection of our team members across the country who bring genuine care and dedication to their work every single day.”

— Brian Stann, CEO and President, Hunt Military Communities

This recognition comes as HMC continues one of the most ambitious reinvestment cycles in the company's history, with more than half a billion dollars committed in capital investment across the three-year period of 2024-2026. In 2025 alone, HMC spent more than $190 million in capital improvement projects across its portfolio, spanning renovations, HVAC replacements, roofing, infrastructure, and sustainability upgrades across 44 installations.

HMC has also modernized its service infrastructure, introducing a centralized call center, a Salesforce-based CRM, and AI-powered tools, including its custom-built chatbot, Sarge, that help teams resolve resident requests faster and more consistently. A refined leasing and application portal now gives residents direct visibility into application status and waitlists, reinforcing transparency throughout the housing process.

The 2025 award was earned by HMC communities spanning installations including Camp Lejeune, Fort Sam Houston, Langley AFB, Kirtland, Scott AFB, Whidbey Island, Redstone Arsenal, Patrick SFB, and many more, representing Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Space Force installations nationwide.

In 2025, 52 HMC locations earned national satisfaction awards, and the company's overall resident satisfaction rating of 4.64 Exceptional reflects the trust military families place in HMC to consistently deliver on that standard. Year over year, HMC's Work Order Survey scores of 4.67 Exceptional rank above the Military Housing Index — meaning residents rate HMC's maintenance response above the MHPI-wide average, delivering exceptional service with genuine care to service members and their families.
