Intentsify Expands Executive Team With Appointments of Chief Information Security Officer and General Counsel

New hires strengthen Intentsify's security, privacy, and legal infrastructure as the company accelerates growth

WESTWOOD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Intentsify, a global provider of B2B intent data and signal-based go-to-market solutions, today announced the appointments of Joe Procaccini as Chief Information Security Officer and Robyn Tas as General Counsel and Data Privacy Officer. The additions deepen Intentsify's leadership bench across security, compliance, and legal strategy — critical foundations as the company expands its data solutions, enters new markets, and takes on increasingly complex enterprise deals.

"Having leaders of Joe and Robyn's caliber at this stage is a deliberate signal about how we want to operate. Security, privacy, and legal strategy aren't overhead, they're part of how we earn trust with customers and partners every day." — Marc Laplante, CEO and co-founder, Intentsify

Joe Procaccini, Chief Information Security Officer

Joe Procaccini has been named Chief Information Security Officer after joining Intentsify in 2023. He brings more than 20 years of experience in IT management, risk management, and data security. Throughout his career, he has overseen data centers and led large-scale technology initiatives spanning IT infrastructure, data analytics, and compliance — including programs aligned to GDPR, PCI DSS, and ISO/IEC 27001 standards. He has a strong track record of driving organizational transformation, building results-driven teams, and executing security programs designed to withstand real-world scrutiny. In his expanded role, Procaccini leads the security strategies and programs that protect the company's data and infrastructure as it scales.

"Security in a data business isn't just an IT function, it touches every product decision, every customer relationship, every partnership. Getting that right requires building programs that are rigorous without being rigid, and that's where I focus," said Procaccini.

Robyn Tas, General Counsel and Data Privacy Officer

Robyn Tas brings more than 15 years of in-house legal experience as a strategic partner to product, engineering, and business teams, helping technology-driven organizations bring complex, data-intensive services to market in highly regulated environments. Her expertise spans product and commercial legal leadership, including structuring and negotiating sophisticated technology partnerships, SaaS agreements, strategic alliances, and data-driven services that drive revenue while managing regulatory, privacy, and emerging technology risk. She has built and operationalized privacy and AI governance frameworks across venture-backed and public companies, and is known for a practical, business-minded approach to risk, focused on enabling teams to move quickly and thoughtfully. Tas embeds legal judgment directly into product design, data use, go-to-market strategy, and partnership execution.

"Intentsify is doing something genuinely differentiated in the B2B data space, and the legal and privacy infrastructure has to be built to match that ambition," said Tas. "I've spent my career working at the intersection of product and law, and this is exactly the kind of environment where that matters most, where moving fast and doing it right aren't opposites."
