Good Neighbors Share Great Services: HomeServe Launches Its First-Ever Customer Referral Program
New program rewards loyal customers for sharing the gift of home protection with friends and family
NORWALK, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HomeServe, a leading provider of home repair solutions, has launched its first-ever customer referral program. The new initiative invites HomeServe customers to share their trusted home protection experience with family, friends and neighbors, and by doing so, could earn meaningful rewards.
“We’ve always believed that the best endorsement of our services comes from the people who have seen their benefits first-hand...we’re turning that everyday trust into something tangible," said Tom Rusin, CEO of HomeServe North America.

“Big news for our customers and their communities,” said Tom Rusin, CEO of HomeServe North America. “We’ve always believed that the best endorsement of our services comes from the people who have seen their benefits first-hand. With the launch of our first-ever referral program, we’re turning that everyday trust into something tangible — rewarding our loyal customers while helping more homeowners access the reliable protection they deserve.”
Share the Love (and the Savings)
Built on a simple but powerful idea — good neighbors share great services — HomeServe’s referral program is designed to benefit everyone involved. When an existing HomeServe customer refers a friend or family member who enrolls in a plan, both parties are rewarded:
- The Referring Customer (Advocate): Receives a $25 digital gift card for the successful referral, redeemable across hundreds of popular brands.
- The New Customer (Friend): Receives an exclusive 50% off offer on their first-year plan, making it easier and more affordable than ever to help protect their home.
Customers can earn up to $500 in annual referral rewards per year. That’s potentially 20 neighbors, colleagues or family members introduced to the peace of mind that a plan from HomeServe provides.
Rooted in Trust, Built for Community
HomeServe’s launch of a referral program reflects the company’s deep confidence in the relationships it has built with its customers over the years. With strong customer satisfaction scores and high retention rates, HomeServe customers have long been the brand’s most powerful advocates. The new referral program simply gives them the tools and the recognition to make their voices heard.
“Homeownership comes with its challenges, and there’s real comfort in knowing that a neighbor or friend has your back,” added Rusin. “Our customers trust us to be there when something goes wrong. Now they can share that confidence with the people they care about most — and be rewarded for it.”
How It Works
Joining the program is straightforward. Active HomeServe customers can simply enroll through HomeServe.com, their My Account portal or via email communications they will be receiving in the coming days. Upon accepting the program’s terms and conditions, participants receive a personalized referral link to get started. Once they join, customers can then track their referral activity on a dashboard to see progress.
