This expansion reflects MedImpact’s continued investment in solutions that go beyond traditional pharmacy benefits–addressing the evolving needs of members while delivering better clinical outcomes and sustainable cost management for clients.

The MedEmpower Fuel Women’s Health Program combines unlimited 1:1 coaching with Registered Dietitians and an award-winning digital experience to support women through key life stages, including pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause, and other health conditions. The program is designed to empower members with personalized, actionable guidance that drives long-term health improvement–not just episodic care.

“Women’s health is not one-size-fits-all–it’s dynamic and deeply personal,” said Jared Dirks, MD, MedImpact Chief Medical Officer. “This program reflects our belief that care should be proactive and meet members where they are, with the right support at the right time.”

The Women’s Health Program builds upon MedEmpower Fuel, which supports individuals managing chronic conditions, such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, cancer, and autoimmune diseases. Participants have demonstrated high engagement and measurable improvements, including sustained weight loss, reduced A1c levels, improved sleep, and overall well-being.

This expansion strengthens MedImpact’s ability to help clients reduce healthcare costs by focusing on prevention.

“By integrating clinical insight, behavioral support, and personalized engagement, we’re creating a model that improves outcomes, enhances member experience, and delivers real, sustainable value for our clients,” added Dr. Dirks. “And we’re just getting started.”
