CIBC Innovation Banking Provides Growth Capital to REG Technologies

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CIBC Innovation Banking announced today that it has provided growth financing for REG Technologies, a leading provider of compliance and regulatory risk software for the insurance and financial services sector. This follows a recent majority investment in REG Technologies by Accel-KKR, a global tech-focused private equity firm. The company will use the financing to accelerate product innovation, build on its commercial capabilities, and expand into new international markets.
