A Place for Mom Names Chris Milone Chief Marketing Officer as It Expands National Caregiver Reach

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A Place for Mom (APFM), the leading platform guiding families through every stage of the aging journey, today announced the appointment of Chris Milone as Chief Marketing Officer. Milone brings over 20 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, and customer engagement across scaled consumer platforms and high-growth digital companies.

As CMO, Milone will lead A Place for Mom’s marketing strategy, focused on strengthening the brand, expanding caregiver reach, deepening partner relationships, and scaling a modern, data-driven marketing engine.

“Chris brings a rare combination of strategic marketing leadership, deep customer focus, strong data fluency, and an exceptional ability to develop and inspire teams,” said Tatyana Zlotsky, Chief Executive Officer of A Place for Mom. “He knows how to navigate evolving market dynamics and turn insight into action that drives real business outcomes. As we continue building valuable services for caregivers and delivering innovative tools for senior care providers, Chris’s talent for aligning strategy, data, and execution will accelerate growth while keeping us firmly grounded in our mission of helping caregivers make confident decisions during life’s most challenging moments.”

Milone joins A Place for Mom at a pivotal moment, as millions of families face the deeply human challenge of navigating complex care decisions with clarity and less stress. In his new role, he will expand the company’s ability to support caregivers by using data-driven marketing and digital experience design to connect families with the right options faster while helping partners grow in a way that keeps caregivers at the center.

Milone previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at Laurel Road, a digital banking brand of KeyBank, where he oversaw brand strategy, partnerships, business development, product marketing, and customer engagement. While there, he helped accelerate Laurel Road’s growth as the company expanded its suite of tailored banking and lending solutions for members nationwide.

Prior to Laurel Road, Milone was Chief Marketing Officer at Best Egg, where he led strategies that delivered record growth and successfully launched several new products. He also previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at ShopRunner and held senior digital marketing leadership positions at Barclays and HSBC, with a focus on digital transformation and data-driven marketing strategies.

As A Place for Mom continues to expand its digital platform and national partner network, Milone’s appointment underscores the company’s commitment to innovation, partnership, and delivering measurable value to families and senior care providers nationwide.
