The framework connects Docutech and ICE solutions in a single integration with improved disclosure tracking support and automated service ordering, streamlining access for lenders and investors leveraging the Encompass digital lending platform.

The integration also delivers a digital, compliant workflow for efficient mortgage closings through process automation and reduced errors with real-time syncing. Digital assets are accessible within the EPC platform, reducing administrative tasks and simplifying document management, while improving the overall client experience.
