Stephens Group Promotes Jens Talbert and Blake Tilley to Principal

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Stephens Group, LLC (“Stephens Group”), the private investment firm backed by the Witt Stephens and Elizabeth Campbell families, is pleased to announce the promotions of Blake Tilley and Jens Talbert from Vice President to Principal.

As Principals, Blake and Jens are responsible for all aspects of the firm’s investment activities, including deal sourcing, evaluation, structuring, and execution of new investments, as well as partnering closely with portfolio company management teams to drive strategic and operational initiatives. In their roles, they help lead transaction processes, support value creation efforts across the portfolio, and contribute to the continued growth and leadership of the firm.

Mr. Talbert joined Stephens Group in 2020 and helped underwrite and works on the firm’s investments in Hills Distribution, Kele, and Quality Valve. He also helped lead exits of Catalyst Acoustics Group and CoreLink. Prior to joining Stephens Group, Jens was an associate at The Riverside Company. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Stephens Inc.

Mr. Tilley joined Stephens Group in 2023 and helped underwrite and works on the firm’s investments in Astro Pak and VisionSafe. Prior to joining Stephens Group, Blake was an associate at Cotton Creek Capital. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Robert W. Baird.
