DDN Appoints Guido Torrini as Chief Financial Operating Officer to Lead Next Phase of Global Growth

In this role, Torrini will lead finance and operations, overseeing capital strategy, long-range planning, global supply chain, performance management, and enterprise systems as DDN accelerates global growth.

Torrini joins at a pivotal moment for DDN. As enterprises, cloud providers, and research institutions scale AI, demand is surging for high-performance AI infrastructure and data platforms capable of supporting large-scale training and inference workloads. Torrini brings more than 25 years of experience leading finance and operations across global technology companies. He began his career at Cisco and Dell during the rise of networking and infrastructure at scale. He later held senior finance leadership roles at Groupon and Gympass, supporting high-growth global consumer platforms. At Celonis, he helped guide the company through a significant phase of enterprise software expansion and value creation. Most recently, as CFO of OneTrust, Torrini led profound operational and business transformation at one of the fastest-growing companies in privacy, security, and data governance.

Throughout his career, Torrini has partnered with founders and executive teams to help high-growth technology companies scale into durable global enterprises, strengthening financial discipline, operational execution, and long-term value creation.
