DDN Appoints Michelle Rosen as Chief Legal Officer to Support Next Phase of Global Growth

Veteran technology executive joins leadership team as DDN accelerates global expansion amid unprecedented demand for AI infrastructure

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DDN, the global leader in AI and data intelligence solutions powering AI factories, sovereign AI initiatives, and hyperscale GPU deployments worldwide, today announced the appointment of Michelle Rosen as Chief Legal Officer (CLO). In this role, Rosen will oversee DDN's global legal organization, including corporate governance, commercial transactions, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, privacy, and strategic legal operations, helping support the company's continued expansion as it scales globally.

Rosen joins DDN during a period of exceptional momentum. Over the past six months, the company has expanded its global presence, surpassed one million GPUs deployed worldwide, introduced major innovations across its AI data intelligence platform, and is delivering more than 300% year-over-year growth as organizations around the world accelerate investments in AI infrastructure. As DDN enters its next stage of growth, the company continues to strengthen its leadership team to support its expanding global operations, customers, and partner ecosystem.

"The last six months have been a defining inflection point for DDN," said Guido Torrini, Chief Financial and Operating Officer at DDN. "Demand for AI infrastructure continues to accelerate across every market we serve, and we are growing the business at an extraordinary pace. As we build the next generation of DDN, we need leaders who have successfully helped world-class technology companies navigate rapid growth while building organizations that can scale for the long term. Michelle brings exactly that combination of strategic judgment, operational leadership, and legal expertise. She will be an important partner to our executive team as we continue expanding globally and investing in the future of the company."

Rosen brings more than two decades of executive legal leadership across some of the technology industry's fastest-growing companies. Most recently, she served as General Counsel at Metropolis Technologies, where she led legal strategy during a period of significant business expansion. Previously, she was Chief Legal Officer at Collibra, where she helped scale the company's legal organization during a period of more than fivefold annual recurring revenue growth. Throughout her career, Rosen has led complex mergers and acquisitions, commercial strategy, corporate governance, securities compliance, intellectual property, privacy, and the development of high-performing legal organizations built to support rapidly growing global businesses.

“DDN is one of the most exciting technology companies in the AI industry today,” said Michelle Rosen. "The company has established itself as a leader in the infrastructure powering the next generation of AI, and its growth trajectory speaks for itself. I'm excited to join the leadership team at such an important moment, help scale the business globally, support our customers and partners, and build the legal organization that will enable DDN's continued success for years to come.”

Rosen's appointment reflects DDN's continued investment in building a world-class executive leadership team as the company expands across enterprise AI, sovereign AI, cloud service providers, and hyperscale deployments worldwide.
