As Head of Lease Administration & Compliance, Moghadam will lead the team in delivering high-quality services while advancing policies, procedures and process improvements that strengthen client satisfaction and data integrity.

Arwady brings 30 years of deep national program management and governance experience in the real estate industry. As National Head of Project Management, he will focus on continuing to elevate standards, driving consistency and supporting continued growth across all markets.

“David’s deep expertise in real estate and his people-focused leadership are excellent additions to our team,” said Norm Bertke, EMD and Head of CAS. “His ability to consistently deliver creative outcomes that exceed client goals is the key to strengthening our platform.”

Arwady joins Lincoln from CBRE, where he led national project teams and oversaw large-scale capital programs.
