Quantum Lifecycle Partners Acquires 2NDGEAR, Expands Circular Technology and End-User Solutions for Education and Commercial Markets

TORONTO & ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Quantum Lifecycle Partners (“Quantum”), has completed the acquisition of 2NDGEAR, a U.S. technology lifecycle solutions provider specializing in certified refurbished devices and industry-focused end-user programs.

With this acquisition, Quantum significantly expands its ability to deliver secure, sustainable, and cost-effective technology solutions directly into education and commercial environments. 2NDGEAR’s dedicated industry-focused sales teams bring deep vertical expertise and established customer relationships, strengthening Quantum’s capability to drive connected-classroom initiatives and standardized workforce technology deployments.

Central to the transaction is 2NDGEAR’s Albuquerque, New Mexico facility, which will serve as a key configuration and fulfilment hub supporting Quantum’s education and enterprise end-users.
