MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Prep Network, a leading youth sports platform focused on live events, subscription content, and collegiate athlete recruitment, today announced that Jason Kidd, two-time Hall of Famer, Dallas Mavericks Head Coach and youth sports advocate, has joined its Board of Directors (the “Board”).

The appointment of Kidd, an Operating Advisor at Maple Park Capital Partners (“Maple Park”), follows the establishment of Prep Network’s strategic partnership with Maple Park in September 2025 to support the Company’s continued platform expansion and product innovation.

Kidd brings more than 30 years of professional and youth sports experience to Prep Network, including 19 seasons as a player and 12 seasons as a coach. He is also the founder of the Jason Kidd Foundation dedicated to empowering youth through access to sports and education. With roots dating back to 1999, the Jason Kidd Foundation relaunched in 2020 to expand its mission. It has since created and scaled nationally recognized programs, including JK Select Girls Basketball and the recently announced JK Select Baseball focused on access, mentorship, and long-term athlete development.

Prep Network will leverage Kidd’s strategic perspectives gained as a renowned athlete, seasoned coach, and youth sports advocate as well as his leadership and operational expertise, as the Company continues to expand its national event footprint and enhance its content for athletes, families, and coaches.
