Mike Swartz has joined as Chief Growth Officer and Ellie Ahmadi as Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Marketing. These appointments follow the company’s recent leadership transition, with B2B industry veteran Bob Ray named Chief Executive Officer in November.

As Chief Growth Officer, Mike Swartz is responsible for accelerating Marketbridge’s growth across clients, offerings, and markets. He leads the firm’s go-to-market strategy, solution design, account management, partnerships, corporate marketing, and revenue operations. Swartz brings deep experience shaping modern go-to-market models and driving transformational growth across agency, client-side, startup, and professional services organizations.

As Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Marketing, Ellie Ahmadi brings more than two decades of B2B marketing leadership experience helping organizations clarify their narrative, modernize go-to-market strategy, and drive measurable growth. She has held senior leadership roles across corporate marketing, demand generation, and digital transformation, including multiple Chief Marketing Officer positions guiding companies through periods of significant change. Her role will be central to how Marketbridge positions its evolving capabilities in the market.
