The combination of Alliance Fleet and Vital is a significant step toward their shared vision to create a national dropship upfitting facility network to better serve national, regional, and local customers through accelerated delivery times, enhanced customer responsiveness, simplified logistics, and tailored solutions.

Alliance Fleet is pleased to share that Vital’s founders, Corey Stanley and Neil Garlock, will be joining the leadership team of the Company in the roles of President and Chief Operating Officer, respectively, and will continue to have an ownership stake in the Company going forward alongside Mr. Bell. Mr. Stanley and Mr. Garlock’s deep industry experience, strong customer relationships, and proven operational excellence, combined with the strength of the Alliance Fleet leadership team - led by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jeff Bell - position the Company well to accelerate the Company’s expansion.
