Dune Real Estate Partners Announces Promotions

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dune Real Estate Partners LP (“Dune”), a leading New York-based real estate investment firm, today announced several promotions across the organization:

• Ben Morrison was promoted from Vice President to Director – Investments. Mr. Morrison is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and structuring new investment opportunities, as well as helping to execute value creation strategies at Dune. Mr. Morrison joined Dune in 2022 and has deep experience in leading the underwriting and due diligence for investment opportunities as well as an extensive background in acquisitions, development and asset management.

• Scott Kanofsky was promoted from Vice President to Director – Finance. Mr. Kanofsky is primarily responsible for managing Dune’s accounting professionals and overseeing the timely and accurate financial statement reporting for the Dune Real Estate Funds. Mr. Kanofsky joined Dune in 2023 and has experience as a controller, overseeing various finance, accounting and tax functions.

• David Gold was promoted from Senior Fund Accountant to Assistant Fund Controller on the Finance team. Mr. Gold is primarily responsible for the review and reconciliation of the financial and capital statement reporting for certain Dune Real Estate Funds. Mr. Gold joined Dune in 2023 and has extensive experience in fund accounting and financial reporting.
