Dune Real Estate Partners Announces Promotions

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dune Real Estate Partners LP (“Dune”), a leading New York-based real estate investment firm, today announced a series of four promotions across the organization:

• Kaitlin Siehs was promoted from Vice President – Treasury & Operations to Director – Treasury & Operations on the Finance and Accounting Team;
• Alla Chertkova was promoted from Fund Controller to Vice President on the Finance and Accounting Team;
• Jack Foley was promoted from Associate to Vice President on the Investment Team; and
• Adam Mengden was promoted from Associate to Vice President on the Investment Team.

Team Biographies

• Kaitlin Siehs, Director – Treasury & Operations. Ms. Siehs joined Dune in 2011 and is primarily responsible for the oversight of Dune’s treasury and cash management, performance measurement and reporting processes. Ms. Siehs received a B.A. in Business/Economics from Skidmore College.
• Alla Chertkova, Vice President – Finance & Accounting. Ms. Chertkova is primarily responsible for the review and reconciliation of the financial and capital statement reporting for certain Dune Real Estate Funds. Before joining Dune in 2010, Ms. Chertkova was a senior associate at State Street, responsible for financial reporting and accounting for private equity real estate funds. Before State Street, Ms. Chertkova served as a senior accountant at Fortress Investment Group LLC, accounting for private equity funds with investments in German real estate. Ms. Chertkova received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Baruch College.
• Jack Foley, Vice President. Mr. Foley is responsible for evaluating, underwriting and leading the due diligence process for new investment opportunities, as well as helping to execute the business plans and value creation strategies for Dune’s existing investments. Before joining Dune in 2021, Mr. Foley was an analyst in the Real Estate Syndicated Finance Group within Wells Fargo’s Corporate & Investment Banking Division, where he focused on the origination and distribution of structured debt products for real estate companies, including private owner-operators, developers, homebuilders, institutional real estate funds and publicly traded REITs. Mr. Foley received a B.S. in Finance from Wake Forest University.
• Adam Mengden, Vice President. Mr. Mengden is responsible for evaluating, underwriting and leading the due diligence process for new investment opportunities, as well as helping to execute the business plans and value creation strategies for Dune’s existing investments. Before joining Dune in 2021, Mr. Mengden was an analyst in the Real Estate, Gaming, and Lodging group within Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Investment Banking Division, where he supported various real estate transactions, including M&A, IPOs, portfolio sales, and acquisitions. Mr. Mengden received a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.
