Joseph “Joe” Bakutes, CPA, has been promoted to Partner within the Accounting Advisory practice. This milestone reflects his proven leadership, strong client relationships, and dedication to expanding the firm’s Accounting Advisory capabilities. Joe has played a critical role in developing talent, driving strategic growth initiatives, and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients. Spencer Heuman-Gutman has been promoted to Managing Director, Corporate Development. Spencer’s promotion recognizes his strategic leadership and significant contributions to firmwide growth initiatives. His work has been instrumental in advancing DLA’s long-term vision, and he will continue to play a key role at the firm’s senior leadership level.

Kristan Lorusso, CPA, has been promoted to Director in the Forensic Valuation & Litigation Support group. Her promotion recognizes her deep technical expertise, leadership in complex engagements, and consistent commitment to mentoring and developing colleagues. Kristan is a trusted advisor to clients and an integral leader within the FVLS practice.

Harrison “Harry” Illes has been promoted to Senior within the Forensic Valuation & Litigation Support group. This promotion reflects his strong technical development, growing responsibility across forensic accounting and litigation support engagements, and continued commitment to professional growth.

Arunima Dwivedi has been promoted to Senior within the IT Advisory practice. Her promotion reflects her strong technical expertise, reliability, and consistent execution across client engagements, as well as her contributions to the continued expansion of the IT Advisory group.
