NinjaOne Named Microsoft RMM Partner for Windows 365 Business

Integration allows IT Teams and MSPs to Enhance Visibility, Simplify Endpoint Management, and Improve Productivity

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NinjaOne®, the automated endpoint management platform, today announced a collaboration with Microsoft to integrate NinjaOne’s remote monitoring and management (RMM) into the Windows 365 Business edition. This edition of the Windows 365 cloud solution is designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with up to 300 users, offering a simple, cost-effective way to provide secure, personalized Cloud PCs without the need for complex IT infrastructure. With access to the NinjaOne RMM solution, IT teams and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) can manage Windows 365 Business Cloud PCs alongside their physical and virtual servers, laptops, and mobile devices from NinjaOne’s single interface to simplify operations, improve efficiency, reduce risk, and maximize return on Cloud PC investments.

IT environments are growing increasingly complex and distributed as employees use more and a greater variety of devices. Approximately one in five devices at an average organization are unmanaged and unsecured,* resulting in gaps in visibility, control, and security. The NinjaOne integration with Windows 365 Business provides real-time, holistic endpoint management for Cloud PCs under a unified, automated, cloud-native solution that simplifies endpoint management while reducing risk.

With NinjaOne as a Microsoft RMM partner for Windows 365 Business, IT teams and MSPs can securely scale Windows 365 Business Cloud PCs across a global workforce, manage both cloud and physical endpoints from a single platform, reduce cybersecurity risk, and streamline compliance. By providing RMM capabilities that automate the visibility, control, and support for devices, such as Cloud PCs, NinjaOne amplifies organizations’ return on investment in Windows 365 Business deployments.

“Our customers rely on NinjaOne to simplify IT,” said Rahul Hirani, Chief Product Officer at NinjaOne. “Being named a Microsoft RMM partner for Windows 365 Business lets customers manage and monitor those machines in the same way they would any other in the NinjaOne Automated Endpoint management platform. Overall, this helps IT teams and MSPs become more efficient and productive by automating complex and repetitive work.”

“Microsoft is committed to expanding secure, flexible, and efficient endpoint management across physical and cloud environments,” said Tania Mariscal, Windows 365 Business, Product Lead at Microsoft. “We named NinjaOne as an RMM partner for Windows 365 Business because of their proven ability to deliver automation, scalability, and customer-focused innovation. Together, we’re making it easier for organizations to maximize their Microsoft investments and build resilience.”
