During a recent refresh with upgraded SC//Platform hardware that offered expanded capacity, the company was able to return to three nodes.

On a typical weekday, the organization currently runs 20 VDI instances to serve users working remotely, which shrinks to two instances after hours, also saving computing resources. Thompson IG is eager to shift more users to VDI and away from physical desktops.
