Pipedrive Accelerates Its Next Chapter with Three New C-Level Leaders

New executives bring decades of experience from Booking.com, Expedia Group, Microsoft, and SeatGeek

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pipedrive, the easy and effective sales CRM for small companies, today announced three senior appointments to its executive team, marking a key step in the company’s next phase of growth. Joe Futty joins as Chief Product and Technology Officer, Steven Quach as Chief Marketing Officer, and Jonny Carroll as Chief Data and Analytics Officer. Together, they bring decades of experience from leading global consumer and technology brands, including Booking.com, Expedia Group, Microsoft, and Auctane.

Joe Futty, Chief Product and Technology Officer, brings over 20 years of leadership in product strategy, user experience, and technology innovation across global organizations. Most recently, he served as VP of Product & UX at Booking.com, where he led horizontal platform products, including the Genius loyalty program, and led the company’s multi-year Connected Trip vision. Futty also drove the product integration of generative AI across Booking.com, including the AI Trip Planner and AI-powered customer service developed with OpenAI. Having worked with machine learning and AI already two decades ago at Microsoft, Futty has a proven track record of building high-performing product teams and driving growth through innovation. His expertise in marketplace dynamics, B2B and B2C product strategy, mobile-first design, and AI transformation strengthens Pipedrive’s innovation capabilities as it advances its CRM for sales professionals.

Steven Quach, Chief Marketing Officer, brings two decades of experience leading growth, performance, and brand marketing for some of the world’s most recognized consumer and B2B brands. Before joining Pipedrive, Quach led Growth Marketing and Media at Auctane and, previously at SeatGeek, where he drove customer acquisition, digital strategy, and marketing innovation. Quach has also held senior marketing roles at Pizza Hut and Expedia Group, where he spent nearly a decade leading global performance marketing teams and media for Hotels.com. Known for combining data-driven thinking with creative storytelling, Quach is passionate about building strong teams and meaningful brands and helping businesses grow in ways that truly connect with their customers.

Jonny Carroll, Pipedrive’s new Chief Data and Analytics Officer, brings nearly 20 years of experience turning complex data into scalable products and insights that drive growth, innovation, and customer value. Before joining Pipedrive, Carroll spent many years at Expedia Group, holding a range of leadership roles across Expedia, Hotels.com and global Group-wide VP positions spanning technology, data, analytics and product management. He led teams of over 250 people, built data and analytics cultures from the ground up, and re-platformed enterprise data and AI stacks. His leadership has shaped hundreds of millions of dollars in technology investments and driven significant business impact.
