This marks a significant milestone in Reveal’s evolution from founder-led startup to category-defining global leader. Over the past 18 years, Wendell Jisa has transformed Reveal from a bootstrapped vision into one of the fastest-growing and most respected legal technology companies in the world. Under his leadership, the company has executed a bold strategy of organic growth and targeted acquisitions, integrating technologies like Brainspace, Logikcull, Mindseye, NexLP, Onna, TrialDirector, Technically Creative, and Ligl into a unified AI-powered ecosystem.

“Building and growing Reveal to the powerhouse it is today has been the journey of a lifetime,” said Wendell Jisa, Founder & Chairman. “What began with a vision to modernize legal processes has evolved into a global platform that’s reshaping the future of the entire legal industry. With our foundation stronger than ever and our momentum building, the time is right for a new leader to take us even further. As Chairman of the Board, I’ll continue to work closely with Eric and Reveal’s leadership team to support the company’s strategic growth from a new vantage point.”

Jisa also oversaw the creation and launch of two patent-pending AI technologies, ASK and aji, both of which have further solidified Reveal’s reputation as a leader in legal AI. In 2021, he secured one of the largest capital investments in legal tech history, elevating Reveal to unicorn status and fueling rapid innovation, international expansion, and talent growth.

With this foundation firmly in place, Jisa worked closely with Reveal’s board and executive team to identify the right leader to build on that momentum. After a rigorous and deliberate search process, Eric Harmon was selected as CEO for his experience, integrity, and alignment with Reveal’s mission and values.

“Eric is a transformational leader who understands how to scale high-performing technology organizations while staying close to customers and delivering measurable results,” said Jisa. “He’s the right person at the right time, and I look forward to partnering with him closely in this next chapter.”

Eric Harmon brings more than 20 years of experience in legal, enterprise technology, services, and cybersecurity, with more than four years at an Am Law 20 law firm. Most recently, he served as CEO of Trustwave, a global cybersecurity leader, and has held senior leadership positions at DXC Technology, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and McKinsey & Company. Known for driving operational excellence, global growth, and client-centric innovation, Harmon now takes the helm at Reveal with a clear vision for the future.

“Reveal is redefining what’s possible in legal technology,” said Eric Harmon, CEO of Reveal. “The platform, the people, and the momentum are all exceptional, and I’m honored to join at such a pivotal moment. I look forward to working with Wendell, the leadership team, and our global partners and customers to continue growing Reveal’s impact around the world.”

Under new leadership, Reveal is poised to scale its unique dual-platform approach. It is the only legal technology company delivering two distinct platforms, Reveal for enterprise-grade matters and Logikcull for intuitive, self-service eDiscovery, both powered by a single, unified AI engine. This integrated ecosystem provides an end-to-end solution spanning every phase of the EDRM, from data ingestion and legal hold to investigation, document review, and AI-powered analytics. Reveal’s platform empowers a broad spectrum of legal professionals, from solo practitioners to global law firms, corporations, and government agencies, to harness powerful, adaptable AI tools tailored to their unique needs.

As Chairman of the Board, Jisa will remain deeply involved in the company’s long-term vision and strategic direction as a board member and by supporting the new CEO. He also plans to dedicate more time to mentoring emerging entrepreneurs and operating CEO’s, investing in the next generation of SaaS leaders, and being fully present for his young family of five during this transformative stage of their lives.
