HARRISBURG, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MITER Brands, a leading provider of high-quality windows and doors, is pleased to announce the sale of its NewSouth Window Solutions brand to Window Nation.

The sale marks a significant step in realigning MITER Brands with its core business model and reinforces its commitment to its valued dealer base. The divestiture also enables MITER Brands to further invest in its nationwide portfolio of brands, focusing on manufacturing more energy-efficient, aesthetically pleasing, and easy-to-install products that produce enhanced customer experiences.
