Zones Appoints Yehia Maaty Omar as Chief Executive Officer

AUBURN, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Zones, a global provider of end-to-end IT solutions and services, today announced the appointment of Yehia Maaty Omar as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. A global senior executive, Yehia brings a distinguished track record in executive management, technology and IT services, along with a proven ability to lead global organizations to deliver sustained revenue growth and market leadership.

Yehia succeeds Firoz Lalji, who announced that he will step down from the CEO role effective September 1, 2025, and will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board for Zones and remain involved in the company’s long-term vision and strategic direction.

A seasoned technology executive with an exceptional track record in Technology, IT services and senior executive leadership, prior to being appointed CEO of Zones, Yehia served as a board member of the company. His previous roles include President of Megalos Consulting, CEO of Curvature, and Corporate Officer and Executive Committee Member at Xerox Corporation. Throughout his career, Yehia has held numerous senior leadership positions, guiding multi-billion-dollar global organizations across North America, EMEA, LATAM, APAC, Eurasia, and South Asia.
