Mission Mobile Medical Group Named to The Inc. Fast 5000 List for Second Consecutive Year

Trusted by Managed Care Organizations and health systems around the globe, Mission Mobile Medical expands access to care through system-ready satellite primary clinic programs.

GREENSBORO, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mission Mobile Medical Group, the nation’s largest provider of scalable healthcare delivery programs designed to deliver healthcare savings via satellite site infrastructure, has once again earned a spot on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America – joining the small group of U.S. companies recognized for two consecutive years.

Making the Inc. 5000 list once is notable, but earning a spot two years in a row demonstrates this team’s discipline, and, frankly, the demand for these services across the country as Americans are desperate for our healthcare industry to deliver the care

Founded in 2020, Mission Mobile Medical collaborates with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), community health systems, and public agencies to create networks of satellite primary care clinics that expand existing infrastructure and improve quality metrics that have fallen behind national standards. Its field-ready platform is inspired by the logistical principles of the U.S. fire station system—strategically located, quickly deployable, and deeply embedded in local communities—enabling care teams to serve high-need or high-cost populations with services such as primary care, behavioral health, maternal health, and chronic condition management.

“Making the Inc. 5000 list once is notable, but earning a spot two years in a row demonstrates this team’s discipline and desire, and, frankly, the demand for these services across the country as Americans are desperate for our healthcare industry to deliver the care they need closer to where they live and work,” said Amanda LeFever, President and Co-Founder. “This recognition confirms we’re a care-delivery team: our work doesn’t just promise impact; it predictably delivers it. In an industry crowded with many pretenders who focus on profit, where innovation rarely reaches real patients, we’ve created a killer app for an established model. It works in the field and integrates seamlessly into existing payor, provider, and patient paradigms. People love it.”

Mission Mobile Medical currently supports a network of over 250 active mobile healthcare programs across the country. Although lacking definitive attribution data due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the team estimates that since 2020, they have supported over 1 million patient engagements in rural or underserved communities where brick-and-mortar care was limited, inaccessible, or unsustainable at scale, and have a vision to reach a global milestone of adding 1 billion visits to the system in underserved areas. Quality improvement outcomes include reductions in unnecessary Emergency Department visits, improved maternal care, cancer screenings and treatment, expanded behavioral health screenings and treatments, treatment for substance use disorder, and an estimated cost savings of up to 10:1 for managed Medicaid populations.

"Two consecutive Inc. 5000 listings confirm what we've known all along—healthcare doesn't need more pilots or venture-backed promises. It needs solutions that work in the real world, at real scale," said Travis LeFever, CEO. "While the industry talks innovation, we've been building it—the infrastructure, logistics, and operations that make population health actually achievable. We don't just solve problems; we architect the systems that turn healthcare access from theory into reality."

LeFever continued, "Look, everyone knows healthcare is broken for millions of Americans, and whatever we’ve been doing is only working for the few, not the many. Our growth isn't exponential by accident—it's what happens when you solve the right problem the right way. We're not disrupting healthcare for the sake of disruption or chasing an IPO; we're going to fix it. Because the current system isn’t delivering, and a lot of people's lives depend on leaders getting together and fixing it, and the truth is, no one else has figured out how to make it work at scale.”

The company is currently expanding across multiple Managed Care Organization markets and is onboarding multiple health plan partners to co-serve communities through nationwide partnerships.
