Corvias also delivered its highest survey scores in five years across key services satisfaction measures in family housing, reflecting its resident-first mindset and continued investment in quality of life, including improvements in:

  • Readiness to solve problems
  • Responsiveness and follow-through
  • Quality of management services
  • Relationship rating

“At Corvias, we believe resilience starts at home, and these survey results reflect the hard work and dedication of our teams who put residents at the center of everything we do,” said Denise Hauck, President, Department of Defense Division for Corvias. “As a Partner of Choice to the U.S. Army, this feedback is essential to strengthening quality of life and overall installation readiness. Together with our Army partners, we are committed to building the installation of the future and delivering exceptional living experiences to service members and their families.”

Administered independently by CEL & Associates, the annual Army Housing Tenant Satisfaction Survey captures candid feedback from Soldiers and families on housing quality, maintenance, and services.

This year, two Corvias communities – Randolph Pointe (on-post unaccompanied apartment housing) and Bayside 2 at Aberdeen Proving Ground (family housing) – were recognized with the Platinum A List Award, the highest distinction for outstanding performance across all survey categories. Additional Corvias family housing communities at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Fort Rucker, and Fort Riley earned the A List Award for Customer Service Excellence, a recognition reserved for those achieving “Best in the Industry” status.

One Fort Bragg resident shared: “When we have a maintenance issue, they respond quickly and efficiently. The staff is very helpful and has always been kind.” Another Fort Meade resident stated, “They are very responsive and care about residents.”

The positive resident satisfaction comes as Corvias continues to invest hundreds of millions of dollars to improve quality of life across its seven military communities – including housing and community improvements, advanced indoor wellness solutions, and high-efficiency energy upgrades.

Through its Homestead Project, Corvias is currently investing $210 million in improvements across military family housing at Fort Bragg, N.C.; Fort Meade, Md.; and Fort Rucker, Ala. This builds on a $325 million modernization program in 2023, which delivered broad updates across the portfolio.
