Riverview Landscapes Expands into Connecticut with Acquisition of All State Landscape Services

NEW BRITAIN, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Riverview Landscapes (“Riverview”) today announced it has completed the acquisition of All State Landscape Services LLC, a leading provider of commercial landscaping and snow services based in New Britain, CT. The acquisition marks Riverview’s first expansion into Connecticut and its 16th acquisition since 2022.

Founded by Peter Niro III and his father in 2013, All State Landscape Services has built a strong reputation throughout Connecticut for delivering high-quality landscape solutions to a loyal commercial client base. Peter will remain involved in a consulting role, while longtime All State general manager Mark Kozon will assume responsibility as Branch Manager of Riverview’s Greater Hartford branch.
