Riverview Landscapes Partners with Kevin Labadini Corporation, Riverview's 26th Acquisition

SHREWSBURY, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Riverview Landscapes ("Riverview") has acquired Kevin Labadini Corporation ("Labadini Corp."), a commercial landscaping and snow management provider headquartered in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. The acquisition is a tuck-in to Riverview's Boston Metro West branch within its New England region and marks the Company's 26th acquisition since its founding in 2022.

Labadini Corp. was started by Kevin’s grandfather Phillip Labadini in 1953. Kevin’s father Robert ran the business with his brothers Ronald and Richard for many years. Robert continued until he sold the business to Kevin in 1995. Over the past several years, Kevin, with the support of key team members Lori Labadini Iagallo and Patrick Pereirra, strategically shifted the business from a landscape construction-focused business toward a recurring landscape maintenance model.

Labadini Corp.'s Shrewsbury facility will continue to serve its customers with the support of the Boston Metro West branch's operations in Hudson, approximately 20 minutes away. Operations Manager Patrick Pereirra and Account Manager Lori Labadini Iagallo will remain with Riverview, providing continuity for customers and supporting the branch's continued growth.
