A recent eClinicalWorks survey finds that the majority of respondents save 1-4 hours daily with AI

The survey showed that AI solutions like Sunoh.ai and Image AI Assistant save significant time, with over 60% reporting saving 1-4 hours daily on documentation, and 70% saving 1-3 hours on managing their fax inbox.   • An overwhelming majority (90%) of respondents using AI-powered solutions have seen improved operational efficiency in their practice.

Sunoh.ai: Saving Time on Daily Documentation

  • Over 60% of respondents reported that Sunoh.ai, an AI medical scribe, saves 1-4 hours daily on documentation. Among those who use Sunoh.ai daily, 56% noted a significant or moderate improvement in their work-life balance.

eClinicalWorks Image AI: Easing the Burden of the Fax Inbox

  • The survey found that a majority of respondents (~70%) using eClinicalWorks Image AI reported saving 1-3 hours daily. Of those who have not used an AI solution yet, 80% report that the demonstrated time savings and efficiency encourage them to implement one.

healow PRISMA AI: Complete Patient Records on Demand

  • 50% of the respondents who utilize the AI Assistant for PRISMA noted saving 1-4 hours daily on gathering patient records from nearby healthcare practices, hospitals, and other organizations.
  • Over 64% of those not using an AI assistant spend 1-4 hours daily on the same task.

AI for RCM: Finding and Closing Coding Gaps

  • Over half of respondents (54%) plan to implement eClinicalWorks AI for RCM solutions to help identify coding gaps, streamline end-to-end billing workflows, and manage appeals.
  • Roughly half (~50%) expect the AI solution to assist in identifying coding gaps.
