AngelEye Health Expands Leadership Team to Accelerate Growth and Innovation in Neonatal Care

New leaders bring a mix of clinical, operational, and advocacy experience as AngelEye sharpens its focus on product growth and family-centered care

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AngelEye Health, a leader in neonatal and pediatric family engagement services, today announced three leadership appointments that reflect the company’s continued momentum and expanding focus on scalable, compassionate care innovation.

Joining the leadership team are:

  • Sarah Brannan, Senior Vice President of Care Delivery
  • Katherine Kays, RN, RNC-NIC, CPXP, Vice President of Product
  • Carolyn TenEyck, RN, Senior Director of Patient and Family Advocacy

These appointments align with AngelEye’s growth across product development, clinical partnerships, and advocacy – ultimately supporting the company’s mission to improve connection and communication between care teams and families in hospitals nationwide.

Sarah Brannan, SVP of Care Delivery, brings deep experience in healthcare operations, strategy, and patient engagement. She has held senior and operational roles at CareHarmony, Contessa Health, and New Hanover Regional Medical Center, where she led teams focused on building care operations infrastructure and improving outcomes across complex care environments.

Katherine “Kat” Kays, RN, RNC-NIC, CPXP, has been promoted to Vice President of Product after steadily advancing within the company since joining in 2020. A former NICU nurse and ECMO program leader, Kat started at AngelEye as a clinical consultant and most recently led the development and growth of the MilkTracker solution as Director of Product and Operations. In her new role, she will lead product strategy and cross-functional collaboration across the full platform – bringing a dual perspective as both a clinician and NICU parent.

“Kat’s journey with AngelEye is a great example of how we’re growing from within,” said Christopher Rand, CEO of AngelEye Health. “She’s helped shape one of our most widely used tools, and we’re excited to see her bring that same insight and drive to our full product portfolio.”

Carolyn TenEyck, RN, joins as Senior Director of Patient and Family Advocacy. With more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of clinical care, public policy, and health equity, Carolyn has built advocacy programs at organizations including Novavax, Prolacta Bioscience, AstraZeneca, and Johnson & Johnson. A former ICU nurse, she will lead AngelEye’s Advocacy strategy and represent family perspectives in industry partnerships and solution development.

“We’re energized by the momentum across AngelEye and proud to welcome Sarah, Carolyn, and Kat into these leadership roles,” said Rand. “Each of them brings a different lens to our work, and all share a commitment to building stronger bridges between care teams and families.”
