FPT Ranked in Asia's 40 IT Services Companies 2024

HANOI, Vietnam--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Global IT firm FPT Corporation has been ranked among Asia’s 40 IT services companies and 140 globally by revenue, in the Gartner® Market Share: Services, Worldwide, 2024.

According to Gartner® Market Share: Services, Worldwide (Accessible to Gartner clients only) report, FPT generated over USD 1.4 billion in revenue from its technology sector in 2024. The Corporation now ranks 40th in Asia, up 6 places from the previous year. In the global league, FPT also changed 18 positions to 139th.

In 2024, FPT achieved a total revenue of USD 2.47 billion from its primary sectors, including technology, telecommunications, and education, reflecting a growth rate of 19.4% year-on-year. The technology sector accounted for 62.2% of the Corporation’s total revenue and 47.2% of its pre-tax profit.

FPT's IT services for foreign market saw revenue surge 27.4% year-over-year and contributed 79.1% of technology revenue and 91.2% of pre-tax profit in the segment. This increase was largely fueled by the global surge in demand for digital transformation, which remained one of FPT's most popular services worldwide, with a 37.6% year-on-year revenue growth. The Japanese market experienced the highest growth, exceeding the USD 500 million revenue mark in 2024, followed by the Asia-Pacific region with a 34.8% growth. FPT secured several landmark projects globally, including deals worth USD 225 million in the United States, USD 115 million in Germany, and USD 110 million in Singapore.

FPT has set ambitious 2025 targets, aiming for 20% revenue growth and a 21% increase in pre-tax profit. In the first quarter of 2025, FPT recorded a 13.9% increase in revenue and a 19.4% rise in profit before tax, reflecting continued business momentum. The technology sector grew by 15.3% year-on-year, fueled by strong performance in global IT services, which saw a 17% revenue increase. During this period, FPT secured nine large-scale contracts, each valued at over USD 10 million. Looking ahead, FPT remains committed to its long-term vision of reaching USD 5 billion in global IT services revenue by 2030, solidifying its stature as a world-class provider of technology solutions.
