Fibernow Acquires Wavetechs, Adding Robust Managed IT Services to Business Fiber and VoIP Portfolio

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fibernow, a leading provider of fiber-based broadband, cloud-based video and digital voice services, announced the acquisition of Wavetechs, a boutique Managed Service Provider (MSP) known for its hands-on approach and deep relationships with small business clients. The acquisition closed in Q1 of this year and includes Wavetechs’ full team, proprietary product suite, and customer base.

Wavetechs will be fully integrated into the Fibernow Business division, rounding out the company’s SMB offering with a full suite of managed IT services, implementation support, and a customer-first service model.
